I haven't done much on my blog lately. Our comp is not working very well. The girls had a fun Halloween Alli was a 60s go-go girl. Abby was Arial on Friday night and then a fairy princess on Halloween night. She couldn't make up her mind. It starts so young. Alli went trick or treating with her cousin and aunt Jana.

We had a pretty good time in Hawaii. Although it did rain several days. We were able to spend time with my parents. They took us to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Alli was able to participate in dances, playing the drums of tonga, stick game an poi poi balls from fiji. Then the girls stayed with grandma & grandpa, so JR and I could go to dinner. Then we took Alli to PCC Luau. We had one sunny day at the beach. The kids loved the sand and water. Ohau has wild chickens running around the island. Mom and dad, had their own wake up call at 4:30 in the morning from the rooster running around. They also had baby chickens running around the yard. Abby loved chasing them. We then flew to Maui and stayed for 10 days. We were able to swim in the pool. They have a small waterslide that Alli and Abby loved going down. Alli also participated in the kids club. Our condo had activities for kids. She made a tye dye shirt, a stuffed animal and painted some pictures. She thought that was cool because she could do this all by herself. We also drove to Hana. It is around the other side of the island. It takes about 5 hrs to do. Along the way they have different sights to see. Black sand beaches, 7 sacred pools (lava rock formed pools all they down to the ocean. Waterfalls run into each of these pools. People can swim in them). Alli and JR hiked up to the waterfall. It is definatly nice to be home. We had a good time but traveling with two little kids for that long is to long.

JR watches the girls 4 nights a week while I work. This is the fun they get into. Abby ends up with a mohawk. Alli paints herself like the joker. The girls have so much with their daddy.

Let it Snow

We let her walk around for a few minutes, but her hands we so cold so fast. So she had to stay in the garage with mom, bundle in a blanket. She was not happy about that.

Alli and Abby found a pile of leaves at grandma Schuring's. They had so much fun playing in them. Abby loves to follow Alli around everywhere. They keep each other pretty entertained.

A visit to Gardner Village

The girls and I spent the afternoon with their cousin (Hailee & Alyssa). We went to gardner Village they have a witches festival. Alli loves to go we have gone the last couple of yrs. Gardner village does such a cute job of decorating for Halloween.

Every year our ward does a trunk or treat at the ward house. We all line up our cars and the kids come around. Abby couldn't wait to enjoy the treats. This is our newest addition to our family. She is our 5 month old chocolate lab. She is a handful. She loves lots of attention, chewing everything insight and swimming in the hot tub ( she jumps in everytime we are in it). We took her camping to payson lake. She loved the water. JR would throw a frisbee in and she would swim out and retrieve it.

Hi everyone it has been a while since I did anything with our blog. sorry! Life gets so hectic. Alli started kindergarten last Tuesday. She loves it and is having so much fun. Her teachers name is Mrs Schultz. She has one friend from our ward in her class. Her name is Taylor. She is also taking competitve gymnastics, so we go 2x week for 2 hrs each class. Abby is busy trying to walk. she has started standing on her own and balacing for a few min each time. She is crawling everywhere right now and gets into everything. Her favorite thing is to try and play on the stairs and watch baby einstien (World Animals is her favorite). Hope everyone is doing well. Take care for now.

Alli is definatly our little girly girl. She loves to shop. Grandma Schuring and Jana took her shopping for Justin's wedding. She loved trying on dresses and Jana bought her some earrings. She has been asking for pierced ear and Jana offered to buy. I wanted to her to wait til she's older, but she keeps asking. So I thought we would go down and watch someone getting their ears done. They actually were doing a baby(mean). She was standing there watching the baby jumped and started to cry. That was the end for Alli. I asked if she wanted to go next. She said noway. That took care of that issue.

It was a beautiful day for Abby's blessing, even though it was cancelled the week before due to weather. It was great that grandpa & grandma Hansen were able to stay a few more days. So they could attend the blessing.

Hi everyone, We are doing well adjusting to life with two kids. (Why doesn't anyone ever warn you what it'll be like.) Allison loves her new sister. Sometime a little to much. Poor Abby get molled a lot. Sometimes she doesn't mind because she still lights when Alli talks to her. She loves her big sister. Abby is starting to sleep about 4 to 5 hrs a night. So I'm able to get some sleep now. Alli goes to preschool 4 days a week for 2 and half hrs. She is doing really well at her letters and numbers. She really enjoying it and is looking forward to starting kindergarten this yr.
Abby is growing so fast, she has started interacting with smiling, talking and laughing it's usually at alli.
